To My Extended Family,

Both you and I were so fortunate to have had Peshie in our life. She was a a guiding light. Funny and a grand lady. I loved our talks, and special moments. Our communion together on Wednesday will always be a special time for me to forever cherish.
Peshie, may light perpetual shine upon you and give you peace. I know you and Poppa are dancing together now.
Love to all of you.

Helen, Warren, Karen, Susan, Scott and all your families~

Sending prayers, love and hugs to you during this difficult time. May the fond memories of laughter and good times heal the pain you are feeling now.

I'll never forget spending a rainy day at her house with Susan and Preccie teaching us how to play Shanghai rummy, Gigi, songs of tee-legged, tie-legged, and all the warmth of laughter she spread among us...she had so much spunk and enthusiasm...love to all of you,

Sarah was my mentor, friend, and neighbor when I was in college and we spent many evenings together while Ward worked at the shipyard. She was a wonderful woman and her friendship was an incredible gift.

Dearest Helen and family,

May the Lord bring you comfort during this difficult time. May your wonderful memories of your mother sustain you and bring you peace. We loved and cherised Sarah as an aunt and friend. We are comforted in the thought that she and Anne are reunited and watching over all of us with all of the love and devotion they showered on us for so many years. Try to concentrate on how brightly her flame glowed throughout her life instead of the extinquishing of the flame. Big hugs!

Sarah had more grace, strenght, dignity insight and humor than any woman I have ever known. She mentored me when I was a young single mother and her support got me through some of my darkest days. It's been years since I spoke to Sarah but I still strive to be a woman she would be proud of.
