VIRGINIA BEACH - Stephan D. Finkle Jr., 46, of Virginia Beach passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, at his home. Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 5792 Greenwich Road, Virginia Beach, with Dr. Dan Goff officiating.
