Aunt Vera was a compassionate and truly good person. I am deeply indebted to her and I am a better person for having known her. It was a great honor to be at her Mass in Virginia. It was a celebration of a wonderful life. I believe Mickey, Teeni, Margaret, Ella, John and John Mc Call were waiting on her these last few weeks - reunited with her family, it must have been a joyous day. With love Wullie.

Losing Ms. Veronica McManus is one of the deepest sorrows that my heart will ever feel, but she is heaven, in Gods loving arms in peace. Thank for touching my life and my family’s life. May your goodness, your caring and your wisdom live on, like a legacy of love that will always be with you. With deepest sympathy, Mercedes

Elegy - As I Lay Dying : “What else, what else could I find, to replace who you were, it was the carefree unristricted love…”
One of my favorite bands of all time, I thank them for a lot in my life.. This one is for you grandma veronica, you're with God now, keep taking care of us.

If anyone knew how to love a family with all her heart, it was Grandma Veronica. She loved me, my mom, and my brother very much, and we loved her back. Losing her was very upsetting to me because she helped us in our time of need, prayed for us when we needed prayers, and loved us when we needed love. I will miss her, but I love her with all my heart and she knows that. Grandma Veronica, I’m glad you’re with God, and keep watching out for us. I love you. Maria Alexandra

Cherish the memories. For me it's the wedgewood jewellery box, the butter melting by the cole fire, Aunt Vee keeping me right about table manners, the barbie doll wardrobe, the drindle skirt from C&A, Dr McDougall's ponys', 44 bus, I could go on and on HAPPY DAYS.

To the Family of Veronica,
As she has passed may all of the ancestors of the clan meet her and welcome her home. May she feel the breeze from the highlands and the rising morning sun upon her face. As we say goodbye to a Scottish lass may all of us on this side raise our glass and wish her well "sla`inte".
