Hi Vic and Juanita, sitting on my sofa and got into my feelings and thoughts. Thought of your Lil Vic and found myself missing him and y'all. Life is a strange track and the best we can do is hold on and take someone with you. You are loved and you are not alone.

To Victor, Juanita, Joi & Joshua,

We love you and we are happy to have been a member of this family for over 20 years.

We rejoice in having known & loved Little Vic. His energy, laughter and adventurous spirit. Through the years it was great to watch him grow up to be a very handsome young man. I remember his going & coming in and out the door. Laying on the bed in Adalia's room watching TV with her. And, of course, eating my meat loaf. I never thought there was anything special about it, but he made it special. He made everything special.

Our hearts are filled with love for him and you. It will always be.

Our fondest memory of Lil Vic was when we were in Germany. We were invited to the Scotts for dinner and as we were approaching their house, there's 5 year old Vic flying up the street on his bike toward us. I honked my horn, and he let out that smile of his.
We knew then he was fearless, never afraid to fail. We will truly miss that smile and his hugs. He was one of our kids.

God has welcomed home one his angels.

We love you and you will be missed.

I never in my wildest nightmare ever thought I would have to do something like this for you. I am still in absolute disbelief that you are no longer here with us. I cant put into words how much you meant to me from playing basketball in the backyard to sneaking out the house to go to the corner store ill miss the most.

Dear Sis, Vic, Joi and Josh
Lil Vic had such an infectious laugh and smile. I could see his smile over the phone when I asked him questions. He taught us to love unconditionally, not to judge -- but understand we're not all the same. He taught us patience, endurance and truth. He taught us acceptance and how to embrace joy and laughter.
One day...we will talk again and laugh again.

I will always savor the times I greeted Vic in the foyer at Victory Life Church. As I walked towards him, he would always stand, we would shake hands, hug each other with brotherly love, and I would ask him how he was doing. His response was always affirmative accentuated by his signature facial expression that seems to be a staple within the Scott family. His warm image is forever etched in my heart.

My family and I are praying for you and will continue to keep the Scott family uplifted.

God bless you all!

Dear Scott family,

He made me smile and he also smiled when he said to me, "Ms. Jackie, I love your hair."

That will be my fondest memory of Vic. His smile really does light up a room. :)

I can't remember every inside joke lil' Vic and I had but one surpasses all others. Every time he came to visit New York he would chase me around yelling "koo-waid!!!" I thought it was the funniest thing in the world and the joke continued on for years.

Vic had a gift of putting a smile on anyone's face. Anytime my brother and I knew that Uncle Vic, Aunt Skee, lil' Vic, Joi, and Josh were coming we would get so excited because we knew the minute we saw Vic he would have us laughing until we were running to the bathroom.

I miss my cousin so much.

In March or April Vic came up to visit. Vic, myself, Chris, and Jaielle decided to go bowling and we had the best time. For a moment I looked over at him and saw him cracking up with Chris.....like he used to.....it brought me back to the koo-waid days. The good days.

Vic will forever be my favorite.....my koo-waid.

Dear Victor, Skee, Joi and Josh,
Though my heart cries out to the lord for the healing and relief of the pain you all are enduring at this time, I rejoice in knowing that your baby is at peace with his heavenly father who knows all things. For little Vic there is no more suffering and no more pain. He brought so much joy into our lives with his jokes, laughter and great since of humor. His spirit will always be with us. Every time I think of Lil Vic, I just burst out laughing. He had such a sweet spirit and will truly be missed. So as soon as you can, dry up those tears and rejoice for the years that God allowed you all to spend with him. OUR GOD IS AWESOME!!!

I am so jealous of CJ & Lil Vic for taking this journey ahead of us. I remember when they would play together or spend the nights together (two silly boys); now they are together to play forever - what a life they must be living. I look forward to the day when we can see them again and rejoice in the presence of our Heavenly father. Our care and our love is great, but greater is the Father's love. There is no loss when you can see the Beginning and the End of the Story. Much love & kisses. The Warren Family.

Joi and family: I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers during this time. I know that there no words to really express but I always take comfort in the following scripture. 1 John 4:16 (New King James Version)
16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. Therefore, your brother is at peace and the love he has will always be with you - for he has gone where there is True and Everlasting love, God! I will be praying for you and your family.
