Vicki remains timeless to me no matter where her spirit dances now. I am grateful for her lessons in dance and style and personality. She taught me a dance to David Bowie's "Wild is the Wind" many many moons again...I still dance it out every now and then for tension relief..she gave us many gifts. I send a belated thanks to her family for sharing her with all of us. Please hug tight the best memories.

I had the honor and pleasure of being Vicky's student for over 6 years. She was an amazing teacher who not only taught incredible technique, but also who could choreograph with the best of the best. She was always not just a teacher, but a friend and confidant to her students. My thoughts and prayers are with her family in this tragic time of sorrow and loss.

I was so sorry to hear about what happened when Sandy called me. The boys and I are praying for you, Ricky, Brandi, Myra & Sarah. Vicki's warm heart ALWAYS shined at family gatherings and I appreciated all she did to help me feel welcome in a large, sometimes overwhelming, big old family. She went out of her way to include us all, as did Ricky.
You will be in our thoughts and prayers. I hope you can find comfort in knowing Vicki left a blessed mark on many lives.
Sincerely, Laura (Cody & Logan's Mom)

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to Vicki's family for their loss. I knew Vicki for a long time and was her child care provider for many years while I still lived in Grafton, VA and she was teaching at the Dance School. She was a very creative and wonderful person and will be deeply missed. I had the opportunity to see her again while in VA a few years ago.
Our prayers are with all of her family now and may she rest in peace without pain any more.

I am DEEPLY sorry for your loss. Victoria was an incredible lady, as you already know. She took me in as one of her own daughters and loved my family as if we were hers. Her heart is beyond measure. Her spirit so sweat, kind, fun, giddy, blissful and charming will live on forever through her children and grand daughter who remind me so much of her in many many ways! I trust that over time it will get easier for you all to go forward. Take comfort in the memories you shared with her and jam out to good music....she's your angle now. may peace be with you! Love ya bunches!!!

I knew 'of' Vickie before I met her. It was 1980 and my new beau told me of his beautiful, spirited, gifted friend whom he truly loved in that way that surpasses the physical self. Yet he was not how I met Vickie. I took one of her dance classes in her mother's studio in Wmsbg and felt her incredible energy and engagement in life for myself. I was as hooked as my beau, now my husband, Gary.
Life took us on different paths, like it will. The lack of physical closeness in recent years has not diminished the love and connectedness Gary will always have for and with
Vickie. I do not share that history with her, but am grateful that she crossed his path and left her mark of love on him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends. May you bring each other comfort and continue to feel her love for you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Vicki was a great inspiration to me, I was one of her advanced tap and jazz students when she was teaching dance at York School of Dance. She was very much admired and very talented, everyone loved her. She will always have a special place in my heart and if I know Vicki, she's dancing in heaven right now.

I just want to say something that everyone already knows. But I don't think you can ever say it enough. Vickie will truly be missed . I know that she is so proud of her family . She loved everyone of you more than you will ever know, and her granddaughter gave her a second wind and put her on her toes running around after her . That was so good for her. Thank you Layla .Your Memaw loved you dearly.
Max and Athena will be missing their mom also.So make sure when you go by them to stop and give them a rub.
I love all of you.

So sorry to hear about your Mom, Sarah! You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers! May your memories bring comfort.
