My Grandpa Was The Best Grandpa Anyone Could Have.He Had The Best Stories And Songs That Would Just Make Your Day. He Was So Funny, Made Me Just Pee My Pants. He Was A Strong Man And Knew The Right Things For The Right Times. His History Was Greater Than Any History Book Ever Wroten. He Was The Best Grandpa Ever..Nothing Can Ever Change That. I Miss And Love Him With All My Heart. Can't Wait For When I Will Be Able To See Him Again. He Taught Me Everything What Life's About So Far. I Love You Grandpa And Always Remember That. You'll Be In My Heart Always And I'll Look Over My Shoulder Everyday And Know Your Gonna Be There Even When It Doesn't Feel Like It.

My prayer is that the LORD will comfort you in your time of loss. I really loved Lt. Revell's very witty sense of humor..I remember taking a class that he taught....he said something that was so cleverly funny...and I laughed about it throughout the week...

Bill is a true Man of Honor. Even though I never told him, I deeply admired Bill for his dedication to Country and Duty. I really enjoyed his “war stories” and that remarkable wealth of tidbit knowledge that used to leave me thinking, “Huh?!?” We’ll miss you, my brother in blue…we will miss you, Bill.
Lynn, please accept our most heartfelt sympathies for your loss…our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

I heard once, there were very few men of character, just characters! Lt. Revell was truly the first, “a man of character”. He was a true friend to all of us, and he always treated us with the utmost respect and compassion. I greatly admired his strength and determination through the rough times. He will truly be missed. My sincere prayers go with him and his family.

Dear Lynn, Jennifer, Matt, and Richard,
Becky and I share in your sadness of the loss of Bill, we love and will miss him. It was an adventure being stationed with him in San Francisco on the LEDET Team and RTC Yorktown. He always had a big smile even when I pushed his buttons. Instead of getting mad he would just give me that big smile and everything would be okay, Bill was very forgiving. He shared with me many times how much he loved you and loved his children. Bill’s dedication to service and country was unmatched. The nation has lost a great patriot and I have lost a great friend. Love and prayers, Lonnie and Becky Vinson

To the family of the Chief, USCG and the Lieutenant, Port Authority Police; my sincere sympathy. His entire working life, William served the nation through public service, with honor, respect and devotion. In both services he rose to leadership positions, rising to the exhalted position as Chief Petty Officer and then to Lieutenant in the Port Police. His legacy will continue on through his family and those he touched throughout his professional life. A true servant leader.

Dear Lynn
Words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Lt. Revell will be missed terribly.
Throughout the years, I have valued his friendship, kindness and thoughtfulness. I will sorely miss all of our laughs, friendly competition, and evenings of comradeship. I will always keep Lt. Revell memories of how he strolled around the office with the biggest smile on his face after we talked about relationships. The smile on his face glowed because he loved you so much.
I wish I could be with you to comfort you, to help you, to hold you, and to pray with you. But, I am here at any time to talk with you, to listen, to comfort you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
With love and sympathy,
