Willnett Bracey Obituary
She leaves to cherish her memories three sons, William Sam Hart Hayes, Ray Stewart Fox, and Ronald Shawn Bracey, all of Newport News; one brother; Billy Spratley of Baltimore, Md.; and two very special family friends that will also cherish her memory, Debra A. Edwards and Delphine Stokes; a host of family and friends.
A viewing will held from noon to 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 9, 2009, at M.E. Fisher Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Hampton Memorial Gardens
In God's tender mercy, she was captured in innocence of her unconditional love.

Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you all. Keep the faith and always keep your mothers' spirit alive by holding on to God's loving hand.
My fondest memory of Ms. Bracey is when I first met her. I felt her spirit and her motherly instinct. She will forever have a place in my heart.
