Joe was a great friend and a mentor and fun to work with. He had his own special brand of humor that will be missed by all that knew him. We worked together for three different company's. I served as his laborer, apprentice and partner and I was greatly blessed to know him. My heart goes out to his family and friend's.

To the Ellington Family,
I worked hand in hand with Joe for many of the years he worked for W.M. Jordan. I always looked forward to his quick wit and his sense of humor. It was an honor to have known him. May God carry all of you in this difficult time.

Carolyn, we were shocked to see about Joe this morning. We did not know he was sick or we would certainly have been to see you both. You are in our prayers.
