It is sad to lose a friend such as Butch. I worked with him through the VDOT TRUCKS Team. His quick laughter and fun loving nature made him a person you wanted to be around. He had keen insight and was dedicated to doing his job right. I was always impressed by his love of his family and how he refered to them with pride. He will be missed. His was a life worth celebrating. God Bless!
