Dear Jim and family (Steve and Sandra) We were so very sad to read your recent note and learn of Clarices passing. She was my God-send in 1969 looking after our first child (Will) when I had to work. She loved him as though he were her very own and made this young mother feel so much better about leaving her new baby with a sitter. She was a wonderful and very special lady whom I shall always feel very close and indebted to.May God hold you all in his loving arms during this most difficult time. With much love and deepest sympathy, Susie and Bill Heritage and family

Jim, you and your family are certainly in our thoughts and prayers. If there is anything you need please let us know. I will miss those monthly phone calls to Clarice, and I will miss the sound of her voice, but the memories will last a life time. I am so thankful to have those memories and thankful that i have known you both. (Kaye Campbell and Allen)

We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. I have so many wonderful memories of time spent at your home. We will be thinking of you in the days ahead and hope your memories will help see you through.

Dear Jim, Steve, and family,
I am saddened by your loss. I will pass on to you what my mother always said to me: We are not given to each other, but only lent. And while Clarice's work here is done, know that she is now safely enfolded in her Maker's arms. Her memory will remain with you and bring you comfort. Know that each of you is in my thoughts and prayers.
