Earle L. Breeden

Loving husband, devoted father and grandfather, Earle L. Breeden, passed from this life and into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father on Thursday, December 24, 2009.

Earle was born April 8, 1928, in Orange, Virginia, to Cora Belle Hottle and Charles E. Breeden.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Johnson Breeden of Gordonsville; his three children, two grandchildren, seven step- children, five step- grandchildren; and his older sister, Dorothy Hensley of Fredericksburg, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. December 30, 2009, at Orange Presbyterian Church, 162 West Main Street, Orange, Virginia. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Orange Presbyterian Church, 162 West Main St., Orange, VA 22960 or Love Outreach Food Pantry, P.O. Box 788, Orange, VA 22960.

Earle was the only person I ever met who liked mayonnaise in his pork and beans like I do! He was such a character and I know will be missed greatly by family and friends alike. My sympathies to all who found a friend in Earle and may he continue to be alive in your memories. God Bless.
