I'm very sorry for your loss. I worked with Trix a number of years ago and I just learned about his death. Trix was a wonderful person, co-worker, advice giver and was also very funny. You could always count on him to keep you laughing. The world will definitely be a different place without him. May god bless you all.

I work at Trix's State Farm insurance office. I had many great conversations with him and always looked forward to his visits monthly. He really seemed to have a gusto for life. I was terribly saddened by the news of this tragedy and sincerely wish you all comfort in all the wonderful memories of him.

I consider myself very fortunate to have known Gifford "Trix" Crawford for some 20 years, both professionally through the construction industry, and for the last eight years as a close friend. Trix was very knowledgable, industrious and respected as a master electrician. Trix also was a walking book of knowledge, eager to learn every day.
Trix was very generous with his time and talents assisting anyone in need, never accepting payment for his good deeds.
I experienced this generosity in many ways, particularly as chairman of the Dogwood Vietnam Memorial. Trix assisted me many times with electrical problems at the Memorial never accepting payment.
I, and all who knew Trix are saddened by his untimely death, and shall miss him very much.
