Jeffrey Dillard Farmer

Jeff Farmer, 47, of Waynesboro, formally of Richmond, died on Wednesday, April 13, 2010.

He was born January 15, 1963, in Richmond, to Elvin Dillard and Christine Ann Farmer.

He was a loving and caring brother and friend. His passions included Miami Dolphins, Animals, fishing, baseball and spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his guardian parents, Aunt and uncle Albert and Josie Shifflett.

Jeff is survived by his sisters, Gail Noreen Eatmon, Cynthia Ann Gorman, Robin Joy Farmer, Mary Melissa Humphey and Carol Ellen Farmer.

He will be greatly missed by his loving brother-in-law, Kevin Gorman; and his many relatives in Richmond.

Jeff is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Brandi Gibson, Sherri Young, Kevin Scott Gorman, Brian Farmer, Michele King, James Humphey; and their children; his great-nieces and nephews, Brianna Madison Gorman, Ellie, Tommy and Samson Gorman and Christian Young, Brian Jr. and Serenity Farmer.

He also leaves behind to cherish his memory cousins Debbie, Patrick and Denise, as well as a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Augusta County, SPCA, P.O. Box 2014, Staunton, VA 24402 or Pleasant Hill Church of the Brethren, 91 Valley Church Road, Weyers Cave, VA 24486 or a favorite charity of your choice.
