Odell Harris Obituary
Odell Harris, 75, of Ryan School Circle, Shipman, entered in to the joy of the Lord on Wednesday, September 22, 2010.
He was born on August 5, 1935, in Nelson County, a son of the late Plumer Fitch and Lettie Jane Harris.
Odell was a retired food processor from Morton Frozen Foods and accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of Mount Eagle Baptist Church and had a love for fishing, watching westerns, and baseball games.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two loving sisters, Mary Jane Harri, of Lovingston, and Frances Archie of Charlottesville; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2010, at Mount Eagle Baptist Church with the Reverend Glenwood Morgan officiating.
Arrangements by Wells/ Sheffield Funeral Chapel, Lovingston, 434-263-4097.
