David and Jason, i send you both my deepest sympathy on our loss. I know Rodney may only have been my uncle but to me he was more of a father. He was the father I never had, and he will be missed dearly. Im sorry I could not make it to the service for him but I will make it to Quantico to pay my respect to him. God bless you both and anyone who knew him. Much Love, your cousin Jerry

Blessed were all who had a chance to be part of Rodney's world. He was a unique and glorious man who never met a stranger. His spirit of generosity and kindness should be emulated by all. While he will be dearly missed by family and friends, those who knew him well know that he is still here with us to share our trials and triumphs. I will forever love him and carry him in my heart til we meet again. I love you Rodney Francis.
