Ruth Burger Obituary
Ruth Garrison Burger, of Greensboro, North Carolina, passed away Friday, July 9, 2010, at Countryside Manor, in Stokesdale.
A native of Albemarle County, she was the daughter of the late Meta Stuart Gardner Garrison and John Bryant Garrison. She had lived a portion of her life in Waynesboro and Pensacola, Florida.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Burger of Greensboro, North Carolina; daughters, Cynthia McNair and her husband, Hugh, of Boise, Idaho and Brenda Bosserman and her husband, Russell, of Oak Ridge, North Carolina; grandchildren, Lori Wyatt and her husband, Allen, of Greenville, North Carolina and Mary Spillman and her husband, Mike, of Huntersville, North Carolina; great-grandsons, Seth and Cody Spillman; sister, Ruby Carpenter of Charlottesville; and her brothers, James B. Garrison, Jerry M. Garrison of Charlottesville and Henry D. Garrison Sr. of Earlysville.
