Thomas Zeppa Obituary

THOMAS R. ZEPPA AGE: 86 FORMERLY OF PARSIPPANY Thomas R. Zeppa, 86, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009 at Medical Center of McKinney in McKinney, Texas. Thomas was born in Orange. He lived in Parsippany from 1969 before moving to Frisco, Texas in 2008. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. Thomas was a dedicated employee of the Boonton Board of Education working as the Head Custodian for 12 years before retiring in 1998. After that he was a Crossing Guard for the Township of Parsippany for 6 years. Thomas was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Grace M. (Bruno) on September 26, 1997 & his loving son, Joseph M. on December 22, 2006. Survivors include his loving daughter, JoAnn of Frisco, TX; his dear brother & sisters, Frank, Josephine, & Mary; and his 2 cherished grandchildren, Joseph & Nicole. Relatives & friends are invited to attend his Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered on Saturday, October 24th 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Christopher R.C. Church. 1050 Littleton Road, Parsippany. Interment: Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. Visiting hours are on, Friday, October 23rd 2009 from 6-9pm at the Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road, Parsippany.
