AGE: 91 • Dover
Dover: Charles (Chuck) Reilly, 91, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016 at home after a short illness.
Born in Scranton, Pa, he moved to Dover, NJ. in 1942 (following his high school graduation).During WW2, he served in the US Army as a Sgt. in the 76th Infantry Division under General George Patton's 3rd Army, participating in five battles in the European Theatre. He received the Combat Infantry Badge and the Bronze Star.
He retired in 1987 from Stapling Machine Company, Rockaway, NJ after 38 years.
He enjoyed fishing, golf, camping, traveling and summers at Otter Lake, Marshalls Creek, PA.
Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Rita Keller Reilly; daughter, Patti Urosevich (late Dr. William), Lewisburg, PA; son, Jack Reilly and wife Tammy, Oradell, NJ; grandchildren Alex Urosevich and wife Erica, Tampa, Fl; Katie Williams and husband, Matt, Leesburg, VA; Brian Reilly, Kaitlin Reilly, Allendale, NJ; step grandchildren Paige Fernandez, Justin Fernandez, Oradell, NJ; great grandson, John Keller Williams; and sister Marie Reilly Briand, Lake Worth, FL.
He was predeceased by parents Anna and Charles Reilly and siblings John Reilly, Loretta Van Buskirk, Theresa Mack, and Adelaide Rutan.
Visitation will be held 4-7pm on Sunday, August 28 at the Bermingham Funeral Home, 216 S. Main St., Wharton. A funeral mass will be held 10am on Monday at St. Mary's Church, Wharton. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Dover.

My deepest sympathy in your loss of Charles. I too was part of the 3rd Army, 106th Evac Hospital and perhaps we passed while over there. Charles gave all to God and Country and was part of that 'Great Generation'. May he rest in peace in Post Everlasting. May the Good Lord give you strength and courage to carry on in the days ahead without him. God Bless You All.

So sorry for your loss-wish I could have personally expressed my sympathy but did not read the paper until Sunday night. We have great memories of the times spent in the Cox house! I will let my brothers know and I am sure they would want me to send their sympathy also.
