I appreciated the times (memories) with Uncle Ed. His strong testimony and walk with the Lord are the lasting thoughts that I will take from his life. Knowing he is "present with the Lord" is a truly comforting. God bless.

My wonderful, handsome, & faithful Uncle. I so remember his joy and laughter. He faithfully proclaimed the gospel where ever he went. I remember as a young girl listening to his stories about WW2. He loved telling about his bible studies and we enjoyed sharing our mutual walk of faith. When he and Uncle Don came into Chicago to see my aging Mother (his older sister), it was a heartfelt reunion for the three of them. I loved him and know his family will miss him. Surely, we have a wonderful heritage. Cheryl Stevenson Dobbertin
