To the family of Rev. Steger--I would like to express my sincerest sympathies at the loss of your loved one. Although it has been a long time, I remember fondly the time that I was afforded the opportunity to sit under his pastorage at NJIBC. I pray that you will be comforted in knowing that you will see him again. May God continue to comfort and keep you as only He can.

Precious memories truly will linger.
Words cannot express nor describe the bond that we have. The Jesus in me loves the Jesus in you! You know we go way back. I will cherish the memories that put smiles on my face. Like when l turn to the next aisle and see the Steger Family at Walmart. It was always a pleasure just to have a little chit chat. Big hugs for you Sha. I will miss him. Be encouraged. God is such a loving God and he cares. May peace and comfort shower your days. Love you. (DD)

To The Steger family , I am a member of the Godbolt Family, and my family would like to extend our deepest sympathy during this tragic time of loss. We go a long way back and Rev. Steger has married at least 3 of our family members and funeralized our Mother. I know there are no words of comfort at this hour of darkness but if you are the strong family that I think you are then you know that only God can see you through this Storm. Hold on to the memories and cherish the Love and the Great Times that you've shared throughout your fathers life. And having been raised by a pastor i know that you know that only God can deliver the Family from this amount of pain. trust in him and follow your roots that your Father laid down for you, and rest your hands in the almighty. GOd Be with you!!!!

Words could not say what I am feeling, Rev. Steger baptized me and my girls at New Jerusalem, so for that I hold a special place for Him and his Family always in my heart.May God give you peace, understanding and strength during this time of a Blessed Homegoing. Cause the Rev I know and love is a God-fearing man, so he is preaching and singing in Heaven. I love you but GOD loves you more and Whatever You Do, Never Stop Praying!

I have not seen or talked to members of the Steger family in years, however, they will always hold a special place in my memories as Rev. Steger baptized me at New Jerusalem and I grew up with the Steger children. May God give you peace during this time of bereavement and may you be comforted by your memories
