I was fortunate enough to have worked with Mr. Felts. I am Courtoom Clerk in the DC Superior Court. I have worked in courtrooms with Mr. Felts for the last 26 years. He was well liked by the Judges and his fellow lawyers. He always treated every litigant with courtesy and respect. He will be greatly missed here at DC Court. Andrew Moore

I am sorry to hear of Phil's passing. His success in life is not surprising and I remember him at BA for his great friendship and appreciate his kindness to me. To his family, God is in control and I pray that he will be with you during this time. As a Christian I look forward to seeing him again.
God Bless

May God bless you and your family during this challenging time.
I always enjoyed with working with Phil over the past 10 years. He was a good attorney and a friend and he always defended our interests well. You win some - you loose some.
He will be missed.
