Phillip Felts Esq.

Felts, Esq., Phillip L. Passed away on October 23, 2009 at the age of 63 after a valiant fight with cancer. Phil was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended Bryan Adams HS. He was a decorated Vietnam veteran with the 101 Abn. After graduating from Georgetown University, he received his law degree from the University of Baltimore. He was a well-liked and respected member of the MD and DC Bars for 34 years with a thriving law practice in Bethesda. He loved life and especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, traveling, golfing and fishing. Phil is survived by beloved wife Jean, daughters Lauren & Samantha, brothers Don & John, sister Susan, 4 beautiful grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & numerous close friends who loved him. Family will receive friends Thursday October 29 at the Pumphrey Funeral Home, 300 W. Montgomery Ave., Rockville MD 20850 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Services will be held Friday October 30 at 2 pm at Darnestown Presbyterian Church, 15120 Turkey Foot Road, Darnestown MD 20878.
