I've known James for almost 20 years, he was a true friend and gentleman, he will be greatly missed by all of us at the Northeast District Office City of Dallas Building Inspection Department. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family in this time of sorrow. May God bless James and the Staley Family.

I will miss Mr James he was one of the kindness man I ever met, I met Mr James 12 years ago when I moved in the neighborhood, he was the first person to welcome us. He will be sincerely missed.
