Valory Foster Obituary

Foster, Valory Elizabeth King Age 54, of Seagoville, Texas, passed away on Friday, Febru-ary 15th of heart disease. All funeral arrangements and services are being handled at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 South High-way 175, Seagoville, Texas, (972) 287-2121. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, February 19th. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednes-day, February 20th, followed by the burial. Valory was born in Greenville, Texas, on October 29, 1958. She graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas, in 1976. She was married to Kerry Foster of Balch Springs, Texas, on August 19, 1978; they were married 34 years and had two children. Valory worked as a paralegal for over twenty years. She enjoyed coaching little league as well as arts and crafts. Valory is survived by her husband, her son John Travis "J.T." Foster and his wife Gina, and her daughter Kathryn "Katy" Foster. Additional survivors are her parents Georgia and Sidney King of Dallas, Texas, her brother Lance King and his wife Julie of Forney, Texas, her brother Casey King and his wife Lisa of Laredo, Texas, and her sister Paige Brown and her husband Mike of Rockwall, Texas. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

So sorry to hear of Val's passing. It is shocking to hear of one so young passing so soon. She and her family were a huge part of my life growing up.

So sad to lose Valory so young. I will never forget going to her house to watch the Cowboys play with my boys, JT, and Katie was little bitty. Gone too soon. Love you Val.
