Sherry Scogin Obituary
Falkville
Funeral for Sherry Ziaja Scogin, 49, of Falkville will be Friday, Jan. 9, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel and Bro. Gary Miller officiating.
Burial will be in Cook Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Scogin died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, in Limestone County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guenther Ziaja and Berta Sue Dunlap Ziaja; and her husband, Danny Scogin.
Survivors include one brother, Steven Ziaja of Falkville; one stepson, Scott Scogin of South Carolina; one stepdaughter, Samantha Bolden of Sheffield; and six stepgrandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Braswell, Ronnie Braswell, Garrett Peterson, Tony Lovell, Mack Dunlap and Chris Allen.
