Audrey Parker Rash

AGE: 82 • Wilmington

Audrey Parker Rash, age 82, passed peacefully at home with her family by her side on Feb 17, 2016. A graduate of Conrad High School, she and her husband of 65 years, John, retired to Florida in 1979. Before retiring, Audrey was a school bus driver with the Newark School District for 14 years. Audrey and John were both avid golfers at the St. Augustine Shores Golf Club where she won several awards in the women's league. Besides golfing, Audrey enjoyed playing bridge, ballroom dancing, and playing black jack in Mississippi.

Audrey is survived by her loving husband John; daughter, Brenda Koyne (John); sons, Byron Rash and Dave Rash (Angela); and several grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by her son, Bruce Rash in 2014.

Services will be private as requested by her husband, John. The family requests no flowers be sent and in lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Vista Hospice, 100 Commerce Drive, Ste. 302, Newark, DE 19713. To send an online condolence visit www.stranofeeley.com

Mom-mom I am so thankful for the many sweet memories we had with you and Pop-pop. The best was our yearly vacation to Florida to visit you guys. The whole family would look forward to that visit every year. I will aways cherish those memories!!!
Thank you for being such a great mother!!! You raised Dave to be an amazing Father to his kids, Husband to me and leader at his job.
We miss you Mom-mom!!!
