Ed was a special friend for many years. He and Carol gathered us together numerous times to celebrate life and holidays. We will never forget our times in the Catskills and NYC and their home. I feel we have lost a member of our family.

Ed was our very good friend, and he and his wife, Carol Lee, became part of our immediate family some years ago. Having worked with Ed for many years, I knew him to be a highly competent engineer and manager while always being a gentleman. We loved Ed as a brother, and his passing has left a hole in our hearts.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ed when I first started to work for Boeing on Railcar in Boston. He was a gentleman, and a gentle man. He helped me understand some of the many confusing procedures I would have to deal with on a daily basis. He always had a smile on his face and was always quick with a joke. When we were in meetings together, you could count on him to try to keep things calm & moving along. When I moved to the Ridley Park ofc, I no longer would be working with him. But, when I would see him in the halls, he was always friendly and would spend a few min to chat and ask how things were going. Eventually, I again was lucky to have daily work dealings with him. I feel lucky to have had the pleasure to worked with Ed. Many of my good memories of work had to do with his smile and friendship. He touched many and had input on many of the products. I am so sorry for your loss. You, his family, will be in my prayers and thoughts. Know that he will always be with us, as long as he is in our hearts & memories.

I was privileged to work side by side with Ed at Boeing Helicopters for many years. He was an excellent enginneer/manager, loyal employee and a trusted friend who was devoted to his wife and family. Boeing & I were very lucky that he crossed our paths. I cherished his friendship and I will miss him very much.
