Ed was a special friend for many years. He and Carol gathered us together numerous times to celebrate life and holidays. We will never forget our times in the Catskills and NYC and their home. I feel we have lost a member of our family.

Ed was our very good friend, and he and his wife, Carol Lee, became part of our immediate family some years ago. Having worked with Ed for many years, I knew him to be a highly competent engineer and manager while always being a gentleman. Friends like Ed were one in a million. He was always a gentlemen and someone you could count on for anything, anytime. He touched many hearts and will be sorely missed. We were blessed to have known you. We love you, Ed.

I was privileged to work side by side with Ed at Boeing Helicopters for many years. He was an excellent enginneer/manager, loyal employee and a trusted friend who was devoted to his wife and family. Boeing & I were very lucky that he crossed our paths. I cherished his friendship and I will miss him very much.
