I was very sadden by the news of Jimmy's passing.he was a GREAT man and his work will be sadly missed. Ed and Jimmy did such a GREAT job with the flowers for my dad's (John Rafa) funeral in January. My family were loyal customers up to the end. I do hope that you will reconsider and reopen the shop. May Jimmy's soul and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace.

Jimmy was my first cousin and I loved him very much. I can't even begin to recount all the memories I have of times with Jimmy. I can remember summers at the shore when we were kids in Wildwood. The many years we had out boats at the old Hereford Inlet Marina and later years at Mick and Alice's house on 19th in North Wildwood. Jimmy and I were two of the very few that would chance navigating Hereford Inlet to get in and out of the ocean. Having cheeseteaks at A&LP after a day of fishing. He was a great fisherman and boater. Laughing about Grandpop staying at the Suitcase Motel. Jimmy blowing out just about every pair of stereo speakers he ever had!! Having a few at the Belvedere and the old Collingdale Inn back in the day.
I'll miss very much and think of him everytime I turn my stereo on or bait a hook. I could go on and on...

I have a memory of Jimmy at the shore when we were kids. He worked in a magic show on the boardwalk in Wildwood with blaring rock music and it was always a crowded venue. I think he was the magician’s assistant. I was about 12 years old; Jimmy would have been 16 so I was still a little kid. I thought he was so cool! He had this huge afro head of hair. I went to the show with my grandmother (Rose McGoldrick) and her sister, Jim’s grandmother (Josephine DiMarco – Aunt Jo). I remember looking up at Aunt Jo and seeing such a big proud smile on her face as she watched her grandson. Good times. I think Anita worked at the Dolphin restaurant that summer too. A life taken too early. I hope your memories are plentiful, vibrant & lasting. From Lynne, Brett, Nicole & Frankie Webb. The “cousins from Delaware”.
