Shirley A. Heiser

Snow Hill-Shirley A. Heiser, 68, of Snow Hill, died on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at her home. Born in Nassawadox, VA on June 17, 1947, she was the daughter of Norma Jean Schultz of Berlin and the late Andrew J. Schultz.

She was a member of the Powellville United Methodist Church where she was a part of the United Methodist Women. She was also a member of the Powellville Ruitan Club. Shirley enjoyed knitting, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a step-son, Craig Heiser.

Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Martin Heiser of Snow Hill; three children, Diana Green of Snow Hill, Theresa Davis Smullen of Girdletree and Doug Heiser of CA; four grandchildren, Philip Green, Derek Hamad, Miranda Heiser and Craig Heiser; five siblings, Andy Schultz, Wanda Jones, Dale Schultz, Rusty Schultz and Peter Schultz and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Holloway Funeral Home, Salisbury with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Springhill Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wicomico County Humane Society or the Powellville United Methodist Church.

We are all going to miss you so much, you always had a smile and something warm to say. Even when you weren't feeling good, any little thing that was done for you, you always sent a card of thanks. God has a lot of jewels in heaven but none can outshine you, we love you my friend, give the rest of the family a big hug from us all and we will be seeing you one day.
