Words cannot express what this loss means to me. I worked with Dawn in Penney's 2490, she brought a smile to all she worked with. She was intellegent, personable and always willing to listen when you needed someone to talk to. I missed her when she left us and I cannot imagine what her store will be like without her guidance. Mark and Family, she loved you all very much and talked at length about her children. Mark, she loved the way you encouraged her to go in the direction her career was taking her. I know that she will live forever in your hearts. She will be greatly missed.

Dear Family & Friends of Dawn,
In my 25 years servicing the retail trade, I have had the privilege to have met and worked with thousands of wonderful people. I can’t think of anyone with whom I enjoyed working with any more than Dawn. She was bright, loyal, and so nice.
When JCP changed its buying structure, my relationships with many of its employees faded away. Five years later I ran into Dawn at one of my daughter’s soccer game. Her family had moved to Fairport. My kids became friends with her kids. It was a nice feeling knowing that Dawn came from good roots.
From the Fraser’s in Fairport and in Rochester, our hearts and prayers go out to you all. We are all saddened, but her spirit will live on and on.
