Daniel Benedetto Obituary
Webster: July 6, 2017. Predeceased by father, Albert and brother, Thomas. Survived by his mother Rose Benedetto; children, Raymond Benedetto, Amy (Christopher) Schillaci and Danny Benedetto; granddaughter, Ava Rose Schillaci; longtime friend and mother of his children, Debbie Cavallaro; sister-in-law, Margaret Benedetto and nieces, Caitlin, Audrey and Elissa.
Friends and family may call, Tuesday, 3-7 at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd., Webster (Rte. 250). Funeral Service, Wednesday, 10:30 AM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lupus Foundation in memory of Danny or the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation in memory of his brother Tommy. Interment, Webster Union Cemetery.

I'm in shock. I just learned of Dan's passing. I knew Dan from RG&E and from the Webster East golf league. Dan with his zest for life, a great sense of humor, and that beaming smile. My thoughts and prayers to Dan's family. Rest in Peace Danny. ~Diana

Danny, we love you and will always remember your smile and caring for others. You were a great friend who loved his children. We had many great memories from work and great times after. I was so saddened to hear that Danny's battle had come to an end. Such a great guy. He didn't know us very well, but he touched my heart when he came to my husband Doug's wake. He said he had to, because they were dialysis buddies. Thanks Danny I will never forget.

My heart broke when I heard of Danny's passing. I couldn't believe it. Even though I have been out of Rochester for many years now, I stayed in touch with Danny through the years. I first met him when we were around 7 or 8 years old when we all had our tonsils out at the same place! We continued that friendship throughout High School and beyond. He had the greatest smile and love for life and was a true friend to so many people. Those of us that knew him are all the better human beings for it. I am trying to make it up there for the funeral but don't know for sure yet. Love to you all and once again, my heartfelt condolences.

RIP my childhood best friend growing up in Irondequoit. I seen Danny 8/9 yrs. ago (Holiday Health Club, now closed) and shared memories from long ago. So sad to hear of his passing and will be remembered for the joy he brought to others. My sympathy to his family

May God' peace be with all of those who love Danny. His smile will always be remembered by many. We grew up together and maintained a connection through our adult years, at running races and art festivals. I'm so glad I was able to speak with him and see him before his passing.
