Dear Ottnod family,
My name is Paula Smith. We run a food pantry at our church Covenant Life Fellowship in Ontario, and i met your father when he donated some furniture and glassware to needy people in the area who we help. He had told me last spring he'd have a dresser available in the near future, and then we were gone out-of-town most of the summer so it just crossed my mind to get in touch with him. When my daughter searched the internet to find his phone number, we learned of his passing. We are soooo sorry for your loss! Your father was a precious, sweet, humble man! The one time we came to pick up glassware, we spent quite a bit of time visiting with him. He touched my heart and my heart is grieved to learn of his passing. I know he was heartsick over the loss of your mother . . . now they're together, but such a loss for your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I pray God comforts you, as only He can.
Love,
Jim, Paula, Sean, Lauren, and Erin Smith

Dear Ottnod Family,
My thoughts & prayers are with you during this difficult time. I worked with Debbie --and had the pleasure of meeting your dad. I always remember his sense of humor. He was such a nice man. I'm sorry I will be out of town for the service. I will keep you in my prayers.
Love, Grace Martella
