Strommer, John Austin "Jack"

Webster: June 17, 2017. Jack is survived by his wife, Sally Reynolds Strommer; his children, Sara (Mark Owen) Strommer, Susan (Bob Bergman) Strommer, and David (Faith) Strommer; sister, Carolyn Pelletier, step-children, Vicki (Tom) Bisbo, Wendy (Bob) Lindsay, Guy (Paula) DeBack, Harry (Laura) DeBack; along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

An avid boater who loved fishing on the St. Lawrence, Jack served as a Marine during the Korean Conflict, and retired from a lengthy career as a Managing Engineer at Xerox.

The family would like to thank the staff of Lifetime Care Hospice and the staff at the Fairport Baptist Nursing Home for the wonderful and compassionate care they provided to Jack during his final weeks. Jack will be remembered in a Private Service.
