Glen Pray Obituary

Glen Allen Pray passed away peacefully after a brief illness on May 17, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Glen was born on September 9, 1931 Ord, Nebraska to Jay Eddie and Lottie Bell Pray. Mr. Pray is survived by his son, John Pray (Anne), daughter, Betsy Nachand (Chris), and five grandchildren, Emily Pray, Andrew Pray, Jacob Nachand, Will Nachand, and Abby Nachand. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy, daughter, Susan Marie, his brothers and parents. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 1, at First Plymouth Congregational Church, 3501 S. Colorado Blvd, Englewood, CO 80113. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Glen's name to First Plymouth Congregational Church, The Salvation Army Attention Pam Laverty, 1370 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203, or a charity of the donor's choice. Sorry for the loss of your father. I worked with him at the bank for 8 years until his retirement. He was always very kind to me. Unfortunately I couldn't make the memorial service due to ill health. He always spoke so fondly of all the kids and grandchildren. My thoughts are with you.

my father (Daniel Porter) and I (William) both knew Glen and Kathy. Glen and my father were good friend business associates -- Blackinton and Decker const.co. and Mountain States bank. Mountain States was the lender for B&D's jobs.
Glen and Kathy were regulars at our annual 4th of july backyard get-togethers, as well as members of the same church (First Plymouth).
Wonderful people to have known and been a pert of our lives. Heart-felt condolences to all their friends and family.
