I am sorry for you loss. I worked for Chuck in the mid 70's in Pine Colorado, 7 mi from Bailey. Building a home, retreat for Mr Winegard. I understood he was a pro football player. I met a couple players while working there. He was a very nice, quiet person. Never drew attention to his self. I only knew him from work. I can still see him sitting on a bench inside, it was raining. Was just something about him made a person comfortable.
