Edward T. Nakagawa of Denver, CO passed away on February 15, 2014 at age 94. Preceded in death by his wife Chikako in 1999. Brother of late Jack Nakagawa (Grayce) of Denver. Uncle of Bryan Nakagawa (Veronica) of Lone Tree, CO and Kent Nakagawa of Denver. Stepfather of Anna Marie Anderson (Timothy) of Thornton, CO and Mary Ann Suhr (Mark) of Walnut, IA. Born in Isleton, California on June 11, 1919. BS - 1941 - U. of California, Berkeley and MBA - 1948 - Harvard University. World War II veteran 1941-1945. Financial Controller at Gould Inc. Filter Division, Longmont, CO. Retired 4-1-1975. Has served in various capacities at Tri-State Denver Buddhist Temple for over 50 years. Memorial Service at Buddhist Temple, 1947 Lawrence St., Denver, CO on Thursday, February 20 at 6:30 pm. Private inurnment at a later date.
