Glen Willis Murray

Glen Willis Murray of Highland, UT died peacefully in his home on August 12, 2015 with his wife, Diane, of 52 years by his side. He was 81.
Glen was born on September 14, 1933 in Sumner, MO to Orville Lee and Nola Mae Murray. He was the 8th of 11 children. His surviving siblings are Carl Ellis Murray and Mary Ellen Rhodes.
Glen was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. He owned the construction company "Crossings Incorporated" which did boring and tunneling. He loved his western shows and especially John Wayne.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Diane of Highland, UT and his children Berlinda Jo and the late Dean Harris of Gladstone, MO, Doris and Bill Lineberry of Kansas City, MO, Michael Wieland of Broomfield, CO, Douglas Wieland of Brighton, CO, Melanie Wieland of Glenwood Springs, CO and Loretta and Mike Huebner of Monett, MO. He was preceded in death by his daughter Catherine Murray and his son Anthony Glen Murray.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South) in Sandy. A visitation will be held from 12:30 -1:30 pm prior to the services. Interment to follow at the Lehi City Cemetery. Online condolences welcomed at www.larkincares.com.
