Dear Kemp Family,
One of my most cherished treasures is that Barbara was/is my "other mother." She always made me feel so special and loved. I will be forever grateful for her example and sweet ways. She will have a special place in heaven, and she was always an angel here on earth. Thanks to the whole Kemp family for the love throughout the years...

Bishop Kemp was the Bishop when we moved to the Edgemont area and his loving wife was so sweet to us and for years have provided us with BYU Basket ball tickets where we set next to them and enjoyed so much their company. She is an elect lady we will miss her very much. Love Elder and Sister Workman Kirtland Ohio.
