Todd & Corey, Jim & 'Joanie'...
May I add my personal loss of a true and Loyal friend to your loss of a Brother & Father. I could always turn to Boyd as my "Go-To" guy... to talk to and counsel with. He was quick to listen when I needed his understanding acceptance, as I was for him through his tough times. We even called each other "Coach" when we called with a problem. Your Father was a good and loyal friend who talked often of his 'boys' and his grandkids, along with his work associates whom he also considered Family. He had a genuine love for life. I was brought to tears when Dawn called to tell me my Friend had passed, and have been there several times since as I consider the emptiness I now feel. We have been good friends since junior highschool with so many experiences between then and now... Yes, I'll miss you Boyd! Wish we could talk, just one more time.

Todd and Cory and family, was shocked to learn of your father's passing. I am so sorry. He was always so friendly and helpful. He found ways to help the scout troop in Murray earn money, and that was gracious of him. Miss you mom too. Sincerely Barbara Baxter Christy

Tood & Corey,

It's been said that all good things must come to an end. In this case, you just wish that wasn't true.

I only met your father on a few different occasions, but I've felt like I've known him a lifetime. Boyd, was one of those 'unique' personalities that seem to adhere to you, whomever you were. I will remember the fancy motorcycles that used to sound there way next door, at our home on Patti Circle. Boyd's kindness was contagious and might very well be the greatest attribute you two inherited from him. He loved both of you like no other. You were his pride and joy. You were his life.

Find strength in your faith, family and friends.

With deepest dearest sympathy,

Our deepest sympathy to Todd & Corey and your families. We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Boyd’s passing. We met Boyd several years ago and almost immediately he became one of our best friends. He shared our passion for motorcycles and we had many very enjoyable trips with him and Kathy. He loved that old Valkyrie and we had so much fun doing the trike conversion for him in our shop. We always had a good laugh when the UPS truck would show up and leave a package from “Evans Laundry”. It was always some gadget or chrome do-dad he wanted us to add to the conversion. He was like a kid in a candy store with that trike.
He was one of the best friends we’ve ever had and an incredible guy. We’re going to miss him a lot.
