Joshua Ipson Obituary
Joshua Kent Ipson returned peacefully to his Heavenly Father the morning of February 13, 2013 as he was sleeping bundled in his blanket at home. Joshua was born on December 1, 2012 with a complicated combination of congenital heart defects. During his short life, he fought hard to survive by "being strong and of a good courage". Joshua brought light to all those around him and melted so many hearts. Through his radiating spirit, we saw many daily miracles as he touched many lives-many of whom never met him. We loved every minute we had with him and look forward to the day we see him again.
Joshua was preceded in death by great grandparents: John Niels Ipson, Beatrice Rowley Ipson, Howard Dewitt Swainston, William LaMar Soelberg, and Charlene Budge Soelberg. He is survived by his parents: Timothy John Ipson and Stephanie Soelberg Ipson; his brother: Logan Timothy Ipson; his grandparents and his aunts and uncles.
Much appreciation to the nurses and doctors of Primary Children's Medical Center and for all the friends and family who prayed and showed support for him and his family. A viewing will be held in his honor on Friday night, February 15, at the Walker Mortuary (187 S. Main St.) in Spanish Fork, UT from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on February 16, 2013 at the LDS Chapel located at 800 E. 400 N., Spanish Fork, UT. A viewing will also precede the funeral service from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at the chapel. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery, 1520 North 800 East, Orem, Utah.
