We had the pleasure of working with Tom at BNSF. He had that special talent of maintaining a very high level of professionalism while making sure we all took time out to smile and have fun once in a while. Our condolences to Denise and Tom's wonderful family.

So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all. I enjoyed reconnecting with Tom over the past years. I was sorry we couldn't meet in person on his last trip to Minnesota. Tom, his passion and zeal for life (and even for a a little Buffett), not to mention his good sense of humor, will be missed by many (a sure sign of a great man), including me. If he wasn't taking a picture, listening to music, or working on a computer, he was probably making someone laugh - sometimes doing most of these at the same time. May you rest in peace; my prayers are with Denise and the family.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Rohling family. Tom was a caring individual who always seemed to meet you half way in his job as a Labor Relations Officer for BNSF. He is now in the house of the Lord.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Tom . I have enjoyed many memories with the family over the years . Last time I did get to see Tom and Denise was when they came to KC for their grand daughter 's twenty-first birthday . Tom always had a way to make every one laugh .
