Thinking of you. I am lucky that we got a chance to reconcile our feelings this summer and that the last words we spoke to each other were ' I love you '. That was a forever gift.
You were a thinker and I am grateful you gave that ability to me.
One day you stopped me and asked me to notice the shadow from the afternoon sun going across the text of the newspaper on our kitchen table, just because it was 'neat'. And it was neat Dad and it has stuck with me for years.

I remember Bob and Randy from Arlington Heights Methodist Church in the late sixties. We often played music at the church "teen" gatherings, and Bob was always generous in sharing guitar knowledge and wisdom with those of us somewhat younger. I lost track of him after I graduated in 1970, but I will always have fond memories of him and our friendship. Rest In Peace, Bob.

I hope you and all the Gillespie cousins are having a wonder concert today. We had wonderful Sunday afternoons.
