Parker was one of my generals and favorite counselors at camp longhorn for many years. I'm in shock that this happened and I'm praying for his family and friends. So deeply saddened by this news. We will miss your great big positive presence at Camp.

Parker was a wonderful friend and classmate - warm, funny and kind. Generous and loyal, he made a profound impact on all who knew him. Nobody will forget his booming voice and tall stature, but even more than that, we will never forget his gentle and loving spirit. People don't always remember what you say but they always remember how you made them feel. Parker made us feel like we were loved, we were respected and we mattered. He will be dearly missed.

RIP, Parker. You were special!

Parker was a real joy to teach in Spanish III. He was full of life and was in a lively class that kept me on my toes and made me a better teacher. I loved Parker, and I grieve for the generations that will not get to know him. My prayers go out to all his family. RIP, Parker.
