M. Seeds Obituary

SEEDS M. Kenneth Seeds, age 88, passed away Friday, February 13, 2009. Kenneth was a WW II US Air Force Veteran who served as Sergeant with the 15th Air Corps. He was a member of Grace United Church of Christ where he sang in the Church Choir. He also was a member of the Swiss Club singing with the Maennerchor and Vaud Villities for 29 years. Kenneth retired from Ohio Bell after 35 years of service. He was preceded in death by two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Louise B. Seeds; children, Sharon Beth Seeds, Dian (Fred Sack) Clare, Kristin Mikel (Sabrina) Seeds, and Rebecca (Phil) Davis; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral service 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at SCHOEDINGER EAST CHAPEL, 5360 E. Livingston Ave., where the family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009. I was sad to hear of Kenny's passing. I knew Kenny from working with him at Ohio Bell and also singing with the Bell Chorus. He had a wonderful personality and was quite the jokester. He made us all laugh. I'm sure he is continuing that legacy "up there."
