Mildred Daye Obituary

DAYE Mildred V. "Millie" Daye, age 87, passed away April 10, 2006 at her residence in The Sanctuary of Dublin. Retired with over 25 years service for the State of Ohio Auditor's Department. Millie was the daughter of the late Harry and Alice (Rodgers) Pinkerton. She married Robert A. Daye in 1925 who preceded her in death in 1984, as well as her brothers Harry, Richard and Emmett Pinkerton and a granddaughter LeaDawn Francis. Survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert A. and Nancy Daye Jr. of Dublin, Oh.; granddaughter, Melissa Ann Daye; great-grandson, Bryan Francis; sister, Thelma M. (Ersell) Mount; brother, William (Irma) Pinkerton; sisters-in-law, Maxine Pinkerton, Marjorie Pinkerton and Virginia Pinkerton; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 2990 Bethel Rd., Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., where funeral service will be held Friday 10:30 a.m. Reverend Allen Morris officiating. Internment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
