Robert Landrum Obituary

LANDRUM Robert Lee Landrum, age 96, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 26, 2012 at Heartland-Victorian Village. He was born on October 2, 1915 in Hendersonville, NC to the late Wilbur and Emma Landrum. Preceded in death by his wife Lena Landrum, daugther Loretta Jean Phillips, brother Stanley Landrum, sisters Fannie Moore, Bertha Davidson, and Lucille, Mary Emma, and Myrtle Landrum. Survived by sons, Albert Landrum and Charles (Geneva) Landrum; daughter, Stephanie Phillips; sisters, Louise Ellis, Mattie Wright, Maggie Mills, Minnie (Riley) Porter, and Ellen (Eugene) Logan; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. A Home-Going Service will be beld at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 2, 2012 at SHILOH BAPTIST CHURCH, 720 Mt. Vernon Ave., where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service. Rev. Dr. Otha Gilyard, Officiant. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery. Arrangements by C. D. WHITE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 1217 Mt. Vernon Ave.
