Sue, Mary Lynn and Danny, My deepest condolences for the loss of your most wonderful husband and father. As you remember, I had the pleasure of working for Dan for 20 years at The Ohio Company. He was a wonderful caring man and good friend. God Bless you all.

So sorry to have lost Dan! The world was a much better place with him in it. Dan and I worked closely together at The Ohio Company in the 1970's and he was a major influence in my professional career and a personal role mode! Most of the Corporate Financing's that were completed in the 70's and 80's had Dan Fronk to thank. He was one of The Ohio Company's true backbones. He had a gift of perseverance and grit. We will sincerely miss you Mr. Fronk
