Troy Jantz Obituary

Houston - Mr. Troy Douglas Jantz, age 40, died Monday, August 29, 2016 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo following an extended battle with cancer. He was born in Moundridge, Kansas on November 8, 1975 to Ronald Lee Jantz and Marie Marcene Dyck Jantz. He married Paula Ratzlaff on June 1, 1997 and they made their home in Houston, MS where he was self-employed working in dirt construction.

A service honoring Troy will be at 10:15 AM, Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Okolona Mennonite Church with Pastor Todd Becker and Jeff Jantz officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the church.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Jantz and their children, Kate Jantz, Rebecca Jantz, and Mandi Jantz, all of Houston; three brothers, Jeff Jantz (Janell) of Houston, Rawlin Jantz (Marcia), and Shelby Jantz (Audrey), all of Prairie; two sisters, Colleen Koehn (Craig) of Okolona, and L

aurie Becker (Troy) of Hardinsburg, IN.

Pallbearers will be Carson Jantz, Scott Jantz, Weston Jantz, Seth Wedel, Mark Koehn, and Evan Geisbrecht.
