Tommy Hargis Obituary
Tommy Dale Hargis, 50, of Bokchito passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013. Tommy was born on October 6, 1962 in Roswell, New Mexico to Troy Dee Hargis and Carolyn Sue (Stowe) Hargis. Growing up he was a boy scout, he graduated from Harrah High School in Harrah, OK and worked as a heavy machine operator. Tommy is of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed hunting when he got the opportunity.
He is preceded in death by his mother Carolyn Sue Hargis and one brother Troy Wayne Hargis.
Tommy is survived by his father Troy Dee Hargis of the home, one sister Brenda Smith of Harrah, nephews and nieces Jeffery, Brandy, Sandra, Kevin, and Devin, and great nieces and nephews Troy, Collin, Paige, RoseABell, Leroy, and Jakob.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Brown's Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charles Loyd officiating. Interment will be at Old Church Cemetery with Clint Smith. Kevin Smith, Devin Smith, Jeffery Hargis, Shane Covey, and Blake Von officiating. Family hour will be from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2013 at Brown's Funeral Home Chapel.
