Cora Anderson

May 1, 2008 Resident of San Leandro Mrs. Cora Anderson, 93, died May 1. Service will be May 5 at 10 a.m. at the Chapel of the Chimes, 3992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, in the Mission Chapel. Survivors include her son, Victor Elon; daughter-in-law, Lois Diane; grandchildren: Victoria, Nathan and Elon Thomas; adopted grandchildren: Lori, Jared and Jason; several great-grandchildren; and her students and many admirers. Mrs. Anderson is the author of "Fifty Years in the Feri Tradition," "Childhood Memories," and coauthor of "Etheric Anatomy". She worked as cook in various local hospitals in the East Bay. After her retirement, she was the volunteer head cook at Hayward Area Recreation and Park District Senior Center.
